In the above Tektronix DSA8200 TDR/T S-parameter interconnect Design Verification system, two 80E10 50GHz TDR sampling heads are connected directly to the GigaProbes™ using the GPMMA adapter supported by the Tektronix PPM100 Articulating arm. The 80E10 TDR/Sampling module and TDR probing assembly is placed close to the DUT via its instrument
interface cable connected to the DSA8200.
